November already started but with so many things going on I didn't have time to update the blog.
So this month I want to organise myself in order to accomplish all the goals I had in my mind.
Cookie day: as I explain last year, me and my sister started a family tradition and every year in November we bake different cookies to eat in the next month with a nice tea and company!
Office inside a closet: this is my biggest project for this month, I have a messy second room with little space and Had the idea of changing a normal closet in a office. Let' s see...
Christmas tree decorations: I would like to knit and sew my decorations this year, I ' m thinking to use white, grey and maybe a little of red, I like nordic ornaments so I will inspire myself in this style.
Visit Meliés exhibition: last time I visit Madrid saw that was an exhibition about Meliés work and I will try to find time to visit.
Starting my illustrations: I' m so happy to star to draw and paint again, I really feel like organise my colours and star my illustrations for postcards or decoration.
Refill my etsy store: for this month I will try to update my shop with nice and sweet baby stuff but with more surprises...
Finishing old projects: oh my, if you could see my knitting basket, I really have to finish some of the projects I started, I need space for new ones :)
So for this month I think I have enough, and about you, do you organise your month? And have you special plans for November? I would like to ear from you.

Sorry for my absence but I had very good reasons...
As I told you in a earlier post I was helping one of my best friends to prepare her wedding and it took all my free time!
The thing is, I love weddings and if I could I would get married every year ( but always with the same guy :) this wedding was so nice and romantic I love it!
Today I would like to show you some pictures from the invitations, I took the picture here in Germany in a near lake it was so fun!!
Then I created a vintage postcard with a nice quote chosen by the couple.
I liked so much how it turn out and I thing all the guests liked too.
I will show you more things about this lovely wedding hope you like the invitations!
Here is still snowing! I can´t believe we are in the middle of March and we don´t have Spring signs...yet. The good thing is that maybe in Spain is super sunny, I'm saying that because I bought super tasty strawberries and can you guess where are they from?? yap Spain.
So I maybe can't have sun but at least strawberries, here I share a super easy recipe to make a pie with them!
200 ml cream
4 soup spoons of sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
16 tablespoons cold (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water
How I did it:
In a food processor, combine flour, salt, and sugar; pulse to combine. Add butter; pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal, with just a few pea-size pieces of butter remaining.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup ice water. Pulse until dough is crumbly but holds together when squeezed with fingers (if necessary, add up to 1/4 cup more water, 1 tablespoon at a time). To help ensure a flaky crust, do not overprocess.
Transfer half of dough (still crumbly) onto a piece of plastic wrap. Form dough into a disk 3/4 inch thick; wrap tightly in plastic. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour (and up to 3 days). Repeat with remaining dough. (Disks can be frozen, tightly wrapped, up to 3 months. Thaw before using.) Makes 2 disks.
Put cream, and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat until soft peaks begin to form. Cover and refrigerate until fil the pie dough. cut strawberries and put them on top of the chantilly cream.
Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
